Lydia is an actor and writer living outside New York City, where she completed The William Esper Studio’s two-year Meisner training program. She was invited to work with playwright Jeremy O. Harris for a Slave Play workshop that is now featured in his HBO Original Documentary Slave Play. Not A Movie. A Play. She has also appeared on screen in A Woman Eats (Award Winner: 2020 Indie Shorts Festival; 2020 Independent Shorts Awards), Self-Surrender (Official Selection 2020 Chelsea Film Festival), and others. On stage, she most recently appeared in Sad Lonely People at The Barrow Group.
